Publisher platform experience:The Contango Publisher platform is an online portal for the publishers of the Synacor Media network who sell their inventory through Synacor. The platform provides a user interface complete with dashboards, inventory management, user management and reporting. As the Contango product owner, I have the following experience:■ Experience in all stages of development of Contango, from initial requirements elicitation to the current state of the product.■ Productized flexible dashboards to provide a performance snapshot at varying intervals.■ Devised new user roles within the platform to allow publishers to manage their own users, breaking free of the legacy managed-service experience.■ Updated our onboarding experience, allowing our users to scale their inventory management process.■ Enhanced reporting capabilities to reveal more performance insight.■ Designed platform support for the SmartWrapper, Synacor's header-bidder wrapper solution.Ad server experience:The Contango ad server is maintained by the Search and Advertising team. The ad server is responsible for hosting RTB auction impression-level transactions from major DSPs, SSPs and exchanges. As the ad server product owner, I have the following experience.■ Ongoing feature development to enhance the capabilities of the ad server.■ Lead PM for ongoing S2S RTB auction integrations, for both openRTB and custom solutions.■ Experience with header-bidder integrations, through custom implementation and prebid.js. ■ Experience with header-bidder wrapper solutions.■ Experience with display, and VAST/VPAID video transactions.

■ Working under a VP of Product, I was responsible for helping to maintain the backlog as we began the development of the Contango publisher platform. Contango would replace our legacy platform with tools that would greater address the needs of our publishers and staff.■ We greatly improved upon the processes used by our operations teams, by creating features to accelerate their day-to-day tasks. ■ This was my introduction to sprint management, product requirement development, process and developing a more thorough understanding of our in-house technology.

■ As a Project Manager at Technorati, I was responsible for managing the design and development of our CMAD product (Conversational Media Advertisement) purchased through direct campaign buys. ■ Responsible for the production management of over 100 campaigns with a variety of customizable features, I was tasked with the implementation of all client tags, analytics tracking, reporting support. ■ In addition to my standard responsibilities of ad production, I led the production team to develop new IAB Rising Star ad units to add to our sales offerings. ■ Beyond the IAB units, I drove the production department in the development of our new MCAD product (Mobile Conversational Advertisement).

■ As an Associate Project Manager at Technorati, I was responsible for managing the design and development of our CMAD product (Conversational Media Advertisement) sold through direct-sales.
