As the Director, Digital Services, I am directly responsible and accountable for the construction, development and operation of the entire Information Technology (IT) infrastructure for York University's Markham Campus. I work to deliver a unified (and accepted) IT Service Catalog designed to jointly service multiple academic Faculty units, and ensure that the needed personnel, infrastructure, and equipment has been sourced, installed, and configured to the needs of the Markham Campus in order to permit program delivery. I work to achieve maximum cost-efficiency while also ensuring that high-quality support is available to all staff and students at the Campus.

As the Manager, eLearning and Course Development at TMU, I was responsible for coordinating and overseeing the design and development of all online and remote course content for the G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education. I directed, led, and developed a large (15+) team of instructional design, technical implementation, and content editorial staff in order to do so. I regularly served as the key liaison between Faculty areas, academic staffs, the development team, and external experts in service of ensuring superior educational content creation.

As the Project Manager, eLearning Specialist at Seneca Polytechnic's Teaching and Learning Centre, I was responsible for planning and directing the construction of high-quality eLearning experiences in concert with a team of coordinated instructional design staff. I worked to conceptualize plans of instruction for both constituent courses and their overall programs in collaboration with faculty and external partners, and then deployed and monitored their delivery. In particular, I was the primary party responsible for planning and developing Seneca's Career Recharge program, a series of micro-credentials and lectures developed in partnership with Toronto-Dominion (TD) Bank.

As a Program Director at SFU's Centre for Educational Excellence, I was responsible for overseeing all online and distance offerings of courses and programs across multiple portfolios. I liaised between and coordinated efforts between instructional Faculty, educational designers, technical specialists, and media production technicians. I maintained oversight of libraries of course offerings during the academic semester, acting to coordinate responses and corrections to problems or other issues. In particular, I was responsible for spearheading the development of online offerings from units with no previous online presence, guiding program leadership from conceptualization to completion of online courses.
