- Assessed the effects of the recent Sea Star Wasting Syndrome outbreak on the abundanceof California Mussels and the continuing health of sea star populations.

- Co-lead a project studying the effects of technology on our interactions with others. This involved managing the scheduling, data collection, and execution of the study.- Conducted studies on charitable giving, cognitive biases, altruism, and empathy utilizing the department’s fMRI scanner.
