Executed all critical customer demos for the new state-of-the-art Flashscan blank reticle inspection system. Communicated results to both local teams and directly to customers, resulting in increased engagement and product beta discussions. Characterized and worked across product divisions to implement innovative solutions to common product problems. Collaborated with the product development team on which problems need to be prioritized to bring highest value to customers.

As a Customer Applications Technologist, I work with our customers directly to solve their immediate problems as well as to initiate continuous improvement projects to address their intermediate issues. I also help identify their larger High Value Problems which can shape their products and the entire market years later. Once these High Value Problems are identified, I collaborate with our own product development and product marketing teams to make sure we have a solution to enable our customers' business for the next technology nodes and inflections.

Use extensive semiconductor process knowledge to help customers create highly sensitive and robust inspection recipes using Darkfield techniques. Expertly trained on the 91xx, 95xx, 96xx, and 98xx product lines for laser scanning inspection. Drove the 98xx tool evaluation at TSMC Fab12, where the early success and strong momentum carried over to Fab14 and Fab15 wanting to issue POs for the tool. Demonstrated the value of KT tools multiple times during various demos.

Supported current physical vapor deposition processes released to the field by determining cause of failures and providing effective suggestions for improvement. Evaluated robustness of processes currently released to the field. Developed processes for brand new applications in thin-film deposition. Created and updated process release documents for use by field process engineers.

Characterized various processes for creating Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) fuel cells. Specifically focused on the interactions between Tantalum Oxide nanoparticles, Carbon, and Platinum. Used X-Ray Diffraction to measure grain size and thermogravimetric analysis to analyze mass and surface chemistry reactions. Performed electrochemical tests on catalysts and analyzed data to determine electrochemical surface area and mass activities, as well as the effects of carbon monoxide poisoning
