Responsible for:Implementation of capital investment project:- financial modeling and valuation of investment projects (including M&A)- business plan preparation for decision making authorities (CFO, executive board, Board of Directors, Federal Property Management Agency)- financial Due Diligence and transaction structuring Hedging activities:- jet fuel hedging (forwards, SWAPs and option structures)- currency and interest rate hedging (float to fixed interest rate SWAPs for financial lease portfolio, RUBEUR cross-currency SWAPs for corporate bonds)- bond issue/redemption.Supervision of subsidiaries including (Donavia, VladAvia, SAT):- analysis of statutory and management reports, budget planning and analysis;- supervise and control of financial and investment activities of subsidiaries;- fundraising for subsidiaries (banking or Aeroflot Group loans, letters of credit and guarantees).

Supervise and control financial and investment activities of JV Zarechnoe (develops Zarecnoe and South Zarechnoe deposits in Kazakhstan), including: analysis of statutory and management accounting reports, financial modeling and valuation of company’s projects, budget planning and analysis, evaluation of investment projects, coordination of long-term financial and investment strategy implementation.• Developed complex financial models for each deposit and consolidated model;• Contributed adoption of budgets, investment and other plans within given timeframe;• Negotiated and evaluated Cost Reduction Program and coordinated its implementation.

Consulted several private buying up projects (minority stakes), including: data gathering and analysis of minimum amount collection and competitors’ reaction, building up a team of professionals to work at the local level, continuous monitoring interim results and updating buying up approach.Started and led the buyout project in regional small-business company (more than $20 mln), including: feasibility study, target valuation (DCF, Ratio Analysis and comparable deals), project presentation, participation in fundraising campaign.• Created target valuation model;• Introduced the most convenient consolidation of shares and taking control scheme.

Concurrent supervision of several projects in following areas:Engaged in start-up project on launching of securities backed credits (REPO for individuals), including: securities valuation for the purpose of credit deals (collateral value and discounts), acting as a market maker in order to provide liquidity for collateralized securities, monitoring current credit portfolio and update valuation numbers.• Contributed to building up of internal procedures and collateral valuation model.Managed mutual fund "Finam-bonds" and clients’ bond portfolio, including: specifying the investor’s goals and constrains (including risk tolerance); developing and implementing fund’s and clients’ investment strategy; carrying out day to day portfolio trading, monitoring and updating the investor’s needs and market conditions, providing clients consultancy (market and tax) and reports, writing analytical notes and comments for press.• Reached higher yield of “Finam Bond” fund according to benchmark index Cbonds.• Attained high frequency of quotation in mutual funds rating provided by “Den’gi” magazine.• Achieved decrease in yield fluctuation due to money inflows/outflows by using MM instruments.

Initiated and led minority stakes of regional equities buying up project, including: targets determination (sector, companies) and preliminary valuation (mostly Multiples), analysis of possible scenarios: minimum amount collection, administrative constrains and major shareholders’ activity, marketing and product (potential target) promotion among potential investors (group of private clients, institutional investors or major shareholders), building up the team of professionals (generally outsourcing) to work at the local level, management of overall process and outcome.• Simultaneously built up and coordinated up to 6 groups of professionals at local level.• Accumulated and marketed 10% of preferred stocks of small-size electrical facilities producer (more than $15 mln).• Kept up on current corporate actions and gained on it (Rosneft’s subsidiaries consolidation, reform of utilities sector).Supported corporate finance block in client communication during post IPO period, including: coordinating client’s PR/IR strategy and financial data disclosures, measures for liquidity increase (market maker) and listing preservation.
