- conducting monthly quality checks on interactions between agents and clients;- keeping agents informed of their performance, compliance and quality;- maintaining contact with team leaders and managers in order to improve manuals and instructions, as well as optimize all work processes;- improving criteria for assessing the quality of agents’ work in chats and tickets;- creation of various graphic materials (using Photoshop, Сanva) to demonstrate ratings with the best agents (based on the results of the month, week);- individual work with the qualitative indicators of each agent to compile a productivity rating;- conducting training sessions (calibration sessions) with chat analysis and answering agent questions.

- assistance to clients on a wide range of questions in chats or tickets in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian and other languages;- checking and accepting/rejecting client documents (proof of identity and proof of address), consulting clients on their KYC status;- assistance to clients when making deposits or withdrawals through various payment methods (cards, e-wallets, cryptocurrency);- detailed work with the P2P service: resolving disputes, returning funds to the seller or buyer, studying provided bank documents, tracking transactions;- worked closely with Payments, Compliance, Antifraud, Marketing and IT Departments to ensure that processes regarding clients’ account are compliant & conducted smoothly in the best interests of both clients and the company.
