During my time with Capgemini I was placed at the Dutch Ministry of Education. Here I worked as a DevOps Engineer to create CI/CD pipelines; ensuring the automatic deployment of the entire application environment using tools such as Jenkins, Powershell, Team Foundation Server and more.

Within Capgemini, administrators need to be kept up to date with all the latest vulnerabilities of their systems. My internship was about developing a web application that informed the administrators about new vulnerabilities that became public. The main priority of the project was to develop a strong baseline, so I focused mostly on architecture and creating a stable back-end. The stable back-end made sure Capgemini could start a followup project to finalize the web application.

The internships goal was to look into the possibilities of developing a connection between a product based on FileNet and a product based on SharePoint. The IBM Content Collector was used to move documents between both products. A lot of time was spent structuring metadata and comparing options of implementing such a connection.
