Seasoned businessman and executive Alexander Vasileski has served since October 2011 as the Vice President of Business Development at HAJ Designs, where he analyzes efficiency and productivity and leads projects to reinforce the company's range of services. Dr. Vasileski also develops opportunities for the business through events and business-to-business sales and handles IT optimization and organizational design. In that capacity, Dr. Vasileski handled organizational development and provided a range of talent and change management services. His work helped the organization to garner new sales and interact positively and effectively with each client. Alexander Vasileski also founded and led the Simon Clinic of Mislevo, Macedonia, which provides free health care to the people of Macedonia. In addition to his experience in organizational development, Alexander Vasileski has a strong foundation in sales, built up during his years as a personal trainer.
