At Foodsby, I was able to bring together and apply experience gained in consumer brand building, food and beverage marketing, delivery and logistics, and restaurant/food service operations. Prior to BWW, I served as the Executive Chairman of MStar Holding Corp. (MicroStar), the country’s leading provider of beer keg rental, leasing, and logistics services. As the EVP of Strategic Development for Pohlad Companies, I assessed 1300 companies for potential investment or acquisition, ultimately landing on the investment in MicroStar.Previously, as EVP & CFO of PepsiAmericas, I led strategy, M&A, financial operations, accounting, audit, and investor relations, resulting in the business growing from a $3 billion to a $5 billion company that was acquired by PepsiCo. Additional experience includes strategy, M&A and field finance roles at PepsiCo, financial leadership at Putnam Investments, and management consulting with Booz Allen Hamilton, As a corporate Board Member for public and private companies, I provide guidance and input on expansion strategies, market insights, corporate operations, cost initiatives, and financing alternatives.
