I’ve led all coding and development efforts, including the complete rebuild of our website from an outdated WordPress setup to a modern Next.js architecture with Sanity as the CMS. This transformation has significantly boosted both performance and user experience.I also implemented the Geins e-commerce platform, starting with a Nuxt.js storefront. Currently, I’m leading its migration to Next.js to create a cohesive experience between our storefront and main website.To streamline the management of product data from various vendors, I developed an internal PIM (Product Information Management) system using Node.js, Prisma, and PostgreSQL. This system processes and standardizes data for over 70,000 products and their many variants, improving operational efficiency and data accuracy.Additionally, I built Carma, an internal tool for managing our wheel inventory. Developed with Next.js, NextAuth, and Shadcn/Radix UI, Carma integrates with our e-commerce platform and Blocket store via APIs. It enables staff to easily search, update, and manage product data without extensive training, significantly boosting productivity. Carma has since evolved into our internal intranet and also automates tasks like price updates based on the euro exchange rate, saving hours of manual work each month.Currently, I’m also leading the implementation of Lime CRM, a project set to transform our operations. This system will not only manage customer data but also optimize internal workflows, from vehicle acquisition to sales, enhancing efficiency across all departments.In addition to my technical projects, I handle regular communication with customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions, and serve as the go-to person for all things technical within our digital ecosystem.
