Includes being aware of the social and emotional well-being of residents.• Submission of paperwork in timely fashion.• Lead floor meetings at the beginning of each semester, before breaks, and as needed.• Participate in the opening, closing, and routine health and safety inspections of the building during breaks and fire drills.• Document policy infractions via incident report as necessary, with the support and direction of supervising staff and within the required timeline.• Be present for at least two weekends of every month, including special events such as Welcome Week, Family Weekend, and Alcohol Awareness Week, among others.• Respectfully communicate with the Housekeeping and Public Safety staff on an ongoing basis.

This position works with the Director of the SHAPE Facility to manage the Fitness and Recreation Center. Supervisor will schedule staff for the front desk and adjust hours per front desk monitors requests. Supervisor will also perform preventative maintenance on machines and monitor overall usage of equipment. Supervisors are also responsible for weekly reconciliation of SHAPE Memberships and deposits to the Business Office. Requirements of at least a 2.5 GPA and have worked at least one year at the SHAPE Center.
