I run the machine learning development at Striiv for our heart diagnostic program. Feature extraction and development, data collection and cleaning, training and tuning ML models, and final integration are all coming together into a new solution that will provide unparalleled access to cost effective health diagnostics.

I'm a firmware/embedded engineer which includes, but is certainly not limited to, developing new firmware features, debugging old ones, improving system battery life, and algorithm tuning. I'm also part of Striiv's data science guild, which is an interdisciplinary group focused on improving our information capture, storage, analysis, and presentation.I have previously lead the engineering of our next generation hardware, doing the circuit design, PCB layout, bring up and testing, power optimization, and mass manufacturing support on our coming products.

As part of a multidisciplinary small team, I worked engineering, designing, testing, and implementing electrical systems in a variety of products. Work included system level architecture design, custom PCB schematics and layout, firmware development, creative product brainstorming, in-depth trade studies, and novel research.

Designed, produced, and sold professional RGB laser driver circuits · Sole designer, tester, producer, and marketeer of circuitry that safely regulates the power levels of 3 lasers, mixing the colors in 30+ preprogrammed effects. · Successfully turned an idea into a marketable product, all the way from inception to production.

Part of Dr. Jeffery Snyder's thermoelectrics team at Caltech. · Tested and refined a customized low-temperature Seebeck measurement system for thermoelectric materials.· Job entailed physical construction, programming, and debugging of the mechanical, electrical, and coding issues in the measurement system.
