Producing products and services with high usability and scope, with optimum ROI vs quality indexing.Key Facts of my Role:- Oversaw and coded a full structural rewrite of the TBG back office system, switching to fully native and in house coding, integration of key APIs and version control (git) across the board, as well as establishing from scratch a new CI (Continuous integration) and peer-code review system.- Setup and oversaw the UK's first online limo booking aggregator / online payment system.- Management and development of over 25 key websites, including over 700 micro websites.- Upkeep, maintenance and introduction of new IT systems for over 100 staff, including VOIP / Cisco Based hardware phone system. Also providing remote maintenance and support to Spice 2 Go takeaway stores IT infrastructure.- Creation and management of all bespoke in house systems, using PHP/MySQL/AJAX as key technologies, with ongoing input and implementations from all management and board staff.

Front End web development, multi site deployment, with an array of content management systems, large SEO focus and ROI through design elements and user experience.

Targeted with role progression for in store sales staff, improving key technical knowledge and sales techniques inline with the companies rebranding and customer focused thinking.Weekly one to one's with sales staff to monitor performance and KPI's.As part of my role at PC World (DSGi) I designed and planned a whole new store layout to increase the customer journey, this involved travelling to several other stores within the group across the UK to study benefits of different layouts. Implementation of the new layout effectively improved sales and customer satisfaction.Key areas of responsibility for layout and consistency included: Laptops, printers and digital cameras/processing.Reporting directly to store General Manager with all duties.

Negotiating client IT contracts, including advice, project scoping and IT requirements for local businesses. Scoped items include network hardware, PC's, Laptops, networking infrastructure and software.

Wedding, portrait and event photography and digital editing. Full top-down business ownership and day-to-day running; from client acquisition, marketing and sales, to bookkeeping and admin.

As a part time job during my A - Level studies this job was highly motivational, offering a high variety of tasks.My key responsibilities included time keeping, preparation and maintaining of standards for all food and drink areas. As well as customer satisfaction, a keen consideration for art and culture was key for the gallery and showcase side of the business.Within this part time role I also used my initiative to get involved with the Penarth Pier Project that was established. Raising over £4m through donations and grants it completely refurbished and re-vitalised the Penarth Pavilion, so that, once again it was a key monument and place of social interaction for the town of Penarth.
