Helped the company raise ~$2 million dollars, instituted financial controls, designed a restructuring plan which allowed the company to remain afloat until launch of additional projects which lead to profitability. Company was eventually shuttered during CovidClaim to fame - As part of the restructuring plan I created I laid myself off

In the first 3 years, ONEtoONE US closed 6 acquisitions (took us 1.5 years to get the first one done)

After my internship at the company HQ in Madrid I was asked to help start the first US office of ONEtoONE Corporate Finance (I actually filed the EIN) At one point or another I was responsible for all aspects of an IB firm except for the budgeting.
