With nearly a decade of experience in media and fitness, I am passionate about creating and delivering engaging content that informs, engages, and inspires audiences. I have a proven track record of writing and editing news and feature stories, podcasts, newsletters, and marketing copy for CNN, NPR, WAMU 88.5 FM, and ROKA. I also have a knack for podcast production, content strategy, and project management, having worked on shows including NPR's "It's Been a Minute" with Sam Sanders and "Pop Culture Happy Hour" and CNN's "All There Is" with Anderson Cooper, "Margins of Error" with Harry Enten, and "When Diana Met" with Aminatou Sow.In addition to my media work, I am a certified cycle instructor at Equinox, where I teach fun and challenging classes that motivate and empower people to reach their fitness goals. As a former lead instructor at CycleBar Austin, I also have experience in managing and developing a team of instructors, planning theme rides and workshops, and growing a loyal and diverse community. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Matt, and our sweet yellow lab, Charlie, as well as reading and exploring the great outdoors.
