Few things make me happier than being able to make a positive impact on another person's day. When it comes to my work, that manifests itself through delivering incredible experiences to customers. At Sidewalk, I worked with university bookstores to drive revenue to their business, while facing directly with students as they shopped for their textbooks. I developed into a leader on the CX team at Casper, focusing heavily on solving escalations and improving internal processes. While at CafeMedia, I was responsible for walking new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring their transition was seamless. As I progress in my career, I am eager to become a part of something bigger than myself by focusing on helping others.
