My entire professional life revolves around questioning the existing, developing the new and orienting myself to the needs of the people who work with my tools, products and services. I support people in making their work fun and enjoyable by integrating the creative power of playfulness into innovation and co-creation processes. ROOM FOLLOWS PLAYThe design of the tools as well as the set up of the room should support the respective intention in the best possible way. Without knowing what interactions should take place in a space, a space can only be designed well to a limited extent. It's like designing a game board without knowing the game.Designing an innovation space also means leaving room for new things, precisely not designing everything. The focus should be on supporting communication, interaction, co-creation and collaboration.Specifically, I work on- Playroom Essentials: Tools and room elements that support teaching, learning and applying processes such as Design Thinking or Trend Based Innovation in a simple, playful and professional way. - Playroom Tools: A new generation of office tools that actually support the work of consultants, workshop leaders, trainers and innovators. Especially in this field co-developing with the community is key.- Playroom Modular Concept: A completely new concept for equipping spaces that support the above processes and allow the greatest possible flexibility and design freedom for clients, creating a place where people can truly collaborate. As Head of Design, it is important to me to keep an eye on the big picture, to question old structures and to discover new things and solutions together with the actual users. Our spaces and tools follow the needs of the users and their goals.That's also why we founded PLAYROOM and are now working on processes, products and tools as part of the edding Group.To inspire people in their collaboration and in the further development of their projects and organizations, and to create spaces for their ideas and solutions.
