For DT Select accounts in EMEA, I am currently in the Lead Solutions Architect role. Within this role I have gained further skills and knowledge on telco, especially in the emerging technologies which enables me to support the increased offerings in that space. I have also gained good knowledge of the RMA, RMR and Field Services process, being able to support the team for those offerings.• Being the Solutioning single point of contact for DT Select Services Sales.• Assisting with the solutioning aspect of RFPs, engaging Subject Matter Experts and providing responses as required.• Acting as Lead Solutioning Architect on complex solutions for multi-country and multi-Line of Business engagements.• Coordination of Global Solutioning resources.• Having an oversight to custom service pursuits on DT Select accounts and reporting status to leadership.• Being responsible for governance and ownership of Solution Reviews and providing solutioning guidance to sales on Deal Reviews• Assisting with handover to delivery.

Within EMEA Services Solutioning, I was responsible for delivery of quotations, initially for complex solutions in the UK and Ireland then acting as the Services Solutions representative for the Nordics region followed by being the lead architect in the UK Services Solutioning team.· Responsible for managing the quotation lifecycle, from initial contact for requirements gathering through to the delivery phase, covering multi-country multi-practice proposals of all complexities.· Worked as country lead for Services Solutioning in the Nordics and the UK and acted as the primary interface for Services Solutioning those regions.· Built effective relationships in order to provide efficient services from Services Solutioning to meet the often aggressive timescales that were demanded.· Leveraged SourceOne knowledge to act as SME within EMEA Services Solutioning to increase the accuracy and quality of proposals and worked with the SourceOne pre-sales technical team in EMEA and the US to identify and follow through with opportunities.· Reworked the relocations process liaising with relocations partners to provide a more streamlined service.
