I have been a licensed real estate agent and Realtor since early 2005. I started into my property management career with Town & Country Realty, Inc. of Colorado Springs, initially as Maintenance Manager and then shortly after was promoted to Leasing Manager. I joined Dorman Real Estate Services, Inc. in mid 2010 initially starting as a Residential Manager and was promoted shortly after to Director of Residential Management. Not only is professional property management my career, it is my passion. I also have a passion for policy and procedure refinement which has served me and the companies I have worked for well.
