Xcuseme Robotics (formerly Bottica) is a local distributorship of service robots for the hospitality industry.

A Restaurant Tech startup. We developed and sold our proprietary guest experience software Xcuseme App and Xcuseme API to enhance any restaurant software with remote control of service robots. On the hardware side, we distributed and provided maintenance to service robots through our Xcuseme Robotics brand.As the leading founder, I was responsible for the following:- Led product development and management for both the Xcuseme App and the robot API.- Developed the front end for three web applications (guest-facing, staff-facing, and admin-facing) while coordinating with my co-founder, who handled the backend.- Integrated the system with various third-party services.- Managed relationships with five robot manufacturers, both as a distributor and to gain access to their APIs.- Spearheaded marketing and sales efforts, working directly with customers and establishing reseller partnerships with restaurant equipment stores.- Organized and managed our booth at multiple food shows, including in Portland and Tacoma.

The idea behind Dripio was to address a specific challenge in irrigation: providing customized watering for high-value plants while minimizing the complexity of the watering infrastructure. In essence, the goal was to ensure each plant received the right amount of water with as little piping and wiring as possible.We initially targeted both residential and commercial markets, but ultimately, the system proved to be most effective for cannabis cultivation.As the founder, I was responsible for all aspects of the venture, including:- Business development, research and development, team building, marketing, and fundraising.- Personally writing all the firmware (in C) for the core processor (ESP32 running FreeRTOS), including cloud communication via MQTT and serial communication with other onboard sub-processors (from the Cortex-M series).- Leading the development of the Dripio console and personally developing the majority of the front end using the Quasar framework (Vue.js).- Inventing the core hardware technology that powered Dripio's unique capabilities, defining the specifications, and overseeing the development of the circuitry and overall system, including our custom communication protocol.

Online incorporation & business filing company, specializing in registering US companies for foreign entrepreneurs. Services include entity registration with state and the IRS, generating formation documents such as operating agreements, bylaws and minutes of meetings, and a wide range of other business filings such as amendments, dissolutions, trade mark and DBA filings and more.My role as a founder was to build this company from ground up, and then delegate most functions to employees. Built and delegated the operations and sales departments, and focused mostly on business development, R&D, and marketing. Run a team of full stack developers to build all the online assets and the admin console of the business. Sold to VPO.

Democratizing space tourism using a lottery-like mechanism, as inspired by Buzz Aldrin. The project was launched in anticipation of upcoming availability of suborbital flights by Virgin Galactic and XCOR, and was organized as a raffle based in New Zealand due to favorable legal environment (and the founder being a Kiwi).I joined the project early on and was in charge of platform development and later day to day operations. I also provided financing for the duration of the project.

Personal & contact data masking technology for LeadGen industry. An API-based service utilizing our patented technology to help lead generation and aggregation users (leads) protect their sensitive contact information by communicating with prescreened third parties (vendors) through a secured communication channel. Technology and the service developed in cooperation with Relocation.com.As a founder I was in charge of:- Defining and patenting the technology (2 US patents, granted),- Overseeing the development of an MVP.- Day to day operations, fundraising, marketing and potential client outreach. - Main architect of our API

Helping customers find moving services that fit their budget by matching them with qualifying movers for local, interstate and international relocation. As the founder, I initially developed both the front and back end of the system, and later led a development team that enhanced the existing stack and created a new platform to support business growth. I was responsible for building the original system and websites, and later took charge of daily operations, marketing, and business development. Sold to Relocation.com.
