Alex broke this stereotype for me, as I realized not only did he have the technical depth and knowledge (thanks to his yrs of experience as a teen - no doubt a coding child prodigy) but what impressed me most is his level-headed down-to-earth nature, made him an awesome guy to work for, who brought out the best in you, and a great intelligence that benefited all of our projects and customers, but even more important, was framed by humility and a learner attitude.
