Senior Project Manager Primarily responsible for establishing, monitoring, and executing project plans. In charge ofdelivering projects that improve a client’s business applications, infrastructure and processes,and doing this within time, on budget and to the highest standards. Also involved in buildingrelationships with clients and maintaining liaison with them throughout each projectDuties• Managing projects of various application for Israeli and international clients.• Controlling the budget for each project, maintaining the agreed levels of expenditure.• Maintaining proper documentation (general project plans, action items, timelines, call notes, etc.) on all projects.• Managing project funding and resources, negotiating project changes and adjusting resources across multiple projects.• Developing and managing KPIs to drive improvements and deliver performance.• Setting and driving project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met and completed on time.• Coordinating work for and providing direction to staff to complete deliverables.• Autonomously devising solutions and taking ownership of situations to ensure aproject’s success

Management of complex projects in cooling towers industry, including: manufacture, erection andcommissioning. Full responsibility for the project, starting from receiving the order until delivery of the final product. Responsibility for building and monitoring timetables/Gantts. Reviewing and compiling weekly & monthly activities reports.Working closely with internal groups and departments (Purchasing, Engineering, Logistic departments).Quality control management, vendor management, budget monitoring.

Matching the required level of production to the existing resources.Planning and organizing production schedules Setting up and delivering production orders to production facilities.Assessing project and resource requirementsEstimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managersOverseeing production processesRe-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessarySelecting, ordering and purchasing materialsLiaising with buyers and marketing and sales staffSupervising the work of junior staff

Manufacture control and management of fiberglass profiles manufacture (by pultrusion) for local and international clients, tSupervising of overall manufacture process, including quality control, inventory control, and procurement, time-tables determination, and targets.Process optimization of all the project aspects, cost reduction, to increase the profitability of the departments.Assisting with recruitment, training, and induction of new crews, HR control.
