Paily is a company that is focused on the development of mobile and web applications in fintech and banking. I worked there on both internal products (Paily Invoicing, Paily Crypto, Paily Debit Card, Paily Legal) and external projects (IT talent, Paypong, Cubes).From my first days in the company, I worked with a more experienced designer on a huge project, where we completely changed the structure of the site, created an admin panel and redesigned the whole site. I have worked on the ui-kit, conducted user testing together with the supervisor, designed the architecture of the site and assembled prototypes. I also worked with other designers to do competitor analysis, CustDev, and compiled product specifications.Later I had more tasks: I was responsible for the design team of one of the projects, supervised the process of developers, checked the readiness of the product. My responsibilities included:- creation of lofi and hifi layouts- competitor analysis- userflow design- Performing user testing- Writing functional and technical requirements and documentation- Prototyping- UI-kits development- Submitting layouts for development team

I was the only designer on the project. I've worked on an extended version of explorer to view transactions in blockchain (something like openprosper). It was necessary to make a finished product with all the adaptations. Main responsibilities were ux/ui design, adapting, creating promo landing pages and creating ui-kit.
