• LoveCrafts is a fast-growing e-commerce business with a digital marketplace and a social network for crafters. I managed 33 suppliers from across the world specialising in artisan yarns. I maintained strong.
• Improved growth for brands on average by 66%.
• Developed forecasts for top selling hand-dyed yarn suppliers. Availability was improved from 24% top selling shades out of stock to 4% out of stock after the first forecasted order.
• Developed a Range Architecture to inform on buying strategy. This tool was used for selecting new ranges, identifying good and poor performing products and to aid pricing strategy.
• Developed a cross functional tracker which was used to coordinate teams during large projects such as the bi-annual sales. This was a single view on all of the products in the sale, designed to fulfil the requirements.
• Used results from Survey Monkey to understand customer perception of the website and gaps in the offering.

• I worked with all teams across the business to ensure supplier relationships were optimised. Other key responsibilities included:
• Built a set of dashboards for all key suppliers for dynamic reporting on relevant metrics. Documented the requirements of stakeholders and found solutions that met their specifications.
• Created forecasting models to project potential purchase values based on new SKU intake, new website launches and past sales data.
• Identified key deficiencies in the purchasing process which had resulted in substantial loss in revenue through missing discounts from purchase orders.
• Assisted in introducing a Product Information Management system. This included QA of the new processes to ensure a smooth transition and training team members.
• Took part in strategy work to inform on company decisions. This involved researching market potential across different geographies, crafts and platforms and presenting findings back to the directors for consideration.
