Support initiatives to improve performance, introduce new systems, increase knowledge and skills. The job includes instructional design, project management, eLearning development, Learning Management System administration, and web-based training facilitation. Involves working with the client and subject matter experts to create training content and external training agency to support delivery of training content.Design and develop training, materials, including instructor manuals, participant guides, online recordings, self-paced modules, quick reference materials, and performance support tools, to ensure learning objectives are clearly met. Select and customize off-the-shelf training as needed to be effective and relevant for participants. Provide customized training solutions to meet client needs: diagnose root causes of issues and inefficiencies , present recommendations of specific actions or activities and implement agreed upon solutions. Research curriculum, instructional design, development and maintenance.

Provide world-class Anti-money Laundering, Fraud Prevention and Point-of-Entry (POE) Product training to agent partners primarily via e-learning and virtual instructor-led (webinar) technology. The position requires some troubleshooting of POE equipment with technical support and the ability to assemble all equipment platforms.
