During my employment as Interior Architect I was working on a number of luxury residential proposals in Chelsea, London. As a member of the technical design team I was overseeing the progress on multiple sites during construction works in order to make sure the mechanical and engineering aspects of the proposed designs were being met. This included technical design and preparation of M&E drawing packages and other documentation for the projects at Cadogan Square, Old Park Lane and Wilton Row. Additionally, I was involved in detailed design of bespoke joinery packages for entire projects. This included designs for kitchens, dressing areas / wardrobes and bathroom joinery. Working alongside our interior design team, as well as direct communication with manufacturers/material suppliers facilitated technical design stages and allowed me to make a valuable contribution and achieve high-quality design solutions which met the budget needs.
