I have been in IT for nearly 20 years and am particularly passionate about networking, virtualization, and Windows infrastructure. I also have been involved in many startups with roles ranging from founder to IT/technical advisor. Although my career has afforded me the opportunity to acquire many technical skills, the skills that I’m most proud of are my skills in character and personal connection. No matter how many times I've been knocked down over the course of my life, I've always gotten back up and tried again. I am great at connecting with people of different views and perspectives, and I love communicating complex topics so they are understandable and learnable. My biggest motivation is always the people around me: my unit in the military, my close friends afterwards; I am always at my best when I'm working to help the people I care for.
