I am running a project to support individuals in their recovery from ill mental health as they come to the end of their placements at Sydenham Garden. I will help support their overall well being during this transitional period by meeting their individual emotional, psychological, spiritual and situational needs. This will be achieved by a series of 1-1's and group sessions over a 3 month period with the desired outcome of each coworker identifying future goals, the next steps to meeting these goals and finding purpose and meaning in their lives.

This is a new position in a 3 year old school. Hope is a Christian Faith based primary school. I am primarily responsible for supporting the spiritual and overall well-being of the pupils, staff and community and offering pastoral care and support to all. I will be creating prayer spaces throughout the school. I will be representing Hope to local faith organisations, Churches together in Sidcup and the local community. I will also be recruiting and managing a team of volunteers.
