Each event belonged to one of the four pillars Inspire, Connect, Empower, Change, and engaged the attendees in an intellectual and artistic investigation of the ways in which creativity can be an agent of positive change in society.

The Annual Youth Assembly at the United Nations is building Youth leadership for the success of the 8 UN Millennium Development Goals and is attended by more than 1000 of youth leaders.Served as Co-Chair and Program Lead for the Annual Youth Assembly at the United Nations. Oversaw the budget and developed the concept, themes and agenda for the bi-annual UN conference that gathers 500-1200 delegates in New York. Responsible for all online and offline communications strategies, presentation materials, outreach efforts, public relations with media outlets; social media content creation, selection and distribution. Some of my top accomplishments:+ Advanced corporate and institutional partnerships between Foundation and major leaders in innovation and youth development, thereby extending the outcome of the conference;+ Created an innovative platform – YouthChangers.com, as an initiative that inspires and fosters positive social change in communities through sports and entrepreneurship;+ Increased traffic on all social media platforms by over 300%, and event awareness both online and offline by more than 150%.

A few accomplishments:+ Covered and analyzed conferences, special events and negotiations organized within the UN on the Second (Economic and Financial), Third (Social, Humanitarian and Cultural) and Sixth Committee (Legal), and followed all issues related to sustainable development and the Open Working Group on the post-2015 Development Agenda;+ Represented the Mission as a youth delegate in all the major events and conferences organized on the theme of youth empowerment in the Post-2015 Development Agenda and participated at the drafting of the NYND 2015 Resolution Paper;+ Conducted conference analysis for the UN meetings and drafted reports, ambassadorial speeches, speaking points and press releases both in Romanian and in English;+ Prepared white papers on specific UN activities and informative documents for the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs;+ Proposed a rebranding strategy for the content of the Romanian Mission’s website and the implementation of a new blog;+ Coordinated and developed the program and agenda content for various side events organized with the Mission in partnership with various actors (The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, European Parliament PES).

A few accomplishments: + Conducted a socio - economic study research for future investment projects and compiled a monthly monitoring report on various social, economic and energy;+ Researched and analyzed propositions on energy efficiency and future developments in the gas and electricity market;+ Contributed at the development of a Proposal Project on the development of a new national energy strategy in Romania;+ Drafted and proposed a new business intelligence project for the company, operating across all the organization’s departments.+ Coordinated a series of local events for the launch of important investments.

I worked on the public diplomacy projects mainly supporting the online and offline communication strategy of the Institute for building a solid reputation on the UK cultural agenda and coordinated different aspects of the cultural and political events taking place in partnership with the Romanian Embassy in London.
