A 12 month Industrial Placement working in governance and audit . My responsibilities saw me participating in large scale audits, aiding communications across a globally based team, problem solving within strict time limits, working as a team to achieve high targets and using my initiative to introduce new educational programmes for interns. My industrial year has greatly advanced my ability to adapt quickly to a variety of environments in order to achieve goals, plus it has taught me the importance of clear and efficient communications - especially when working on an international level, to avoid confusion, create productivity and establish effective working relationships.
