This was my first venture into developing a self-development program for individuals, provided by the workplace. Written by my co-founder, Dr Tim Sharp, a well renowned psychologist, this program has been sold globally and translated into languages other than English.This is a 6 week program that introduces simple daily activities, to help participants reflect on their life both personally and professionally. The way these activities and this program have been written is to train people to seek out the positive moments in their day, however small and register them. After doing this for just a few short weeks thinking in a positive way should start to become automatic.

A luxury stationery & etiquette company. Etiquette training was primarily for companies (corporates and hospitality) and ranged from individual executives through to guides (predominantly culture guides in recent years) for the entire office/restaurant.

With 20+ years experience in advertising, working in both Australia and London, in freelance and full-time roles, I’m what’s known as a senior suit.I come in, help to get the job done with either an existing team, while helping to build a new team or as part of a freelance team.
