We are molded by many moments and experiences over the course of our lives; a timely conversation with a mentor, a course-shifting presentation on race and racial reconciliation, a new job that challenges you and builds you up in new ways. I am passionate about creating these experiences for others, whether through my work as a clinical social worker partnering with people through therapy, by facilitating opportunities for young women to experience their power and the power of community through intentional programming, or through empowering the unique strengths of individuals through coaching and development. I see my role in any organization as giving folks a chance to encounter a better version of themselves. Individuals who feel empowered, listened to, and seen build communities and workforces that reflect this strength.I am passionate about intersectional equity across gender and sexual orientation, race, and disability. I am well-versed in goal-setting, programming, evaluation, and collaboration both interdepartmentally and with community partners.
