The office services co-ordinator (OSC) provides administrative support to all areas of the firm. The OSC is responsible for co-ordinating the office services team and ensuring that tasks in the office services pool are dealt with efficiently and accurately. The OSC has primary responsibility for training the office services assistants. A key objective is to facilitate a well-equipped, smoothly run office and assist lawyers and office professionals to carry out their work effectively. The OSC is also an integral part of the Marketing and HR teams.

Provide excellent client service and diary management; and consistently represents the practice to clients and other stakeholders with utmost professionalism. This role oversees smooth administration of all claims through good management of key office procedures including Paralegal duties.
