I have expertise in developing, managing and maintaining a unique and varied collection for all the staff and students of the National Botanic Gardens, Glasnevin and the public. I am passionate about increasing access to the special and distinct collections, through welcoming tours, providing lectures, curating exhibitions and encouraging collaboration with special interest groups.

This role allowed me to develop and deliver information skills sessions. I used my communication and collaborative skills in liaising with other Librarians, to share and develop ideas relating to how resources can be managed, promoted and presented to users. I contributed to the overall library service as a member of the Teaching and Information Skills Group and as the Induction Coordinator for the James Joyce Library Induction Group.
