Greet each customer In a courteous and professional manner. Assist all pharmacy and front store customers with their questions and concerns. Maintain customer/patient confidentiality according to HIPAA and company standards. Answer telephone with appropriate greeting. Adhere to CVS workflow and ensure quality assurance standards are maintained. Maintain prescription prioritization throughout prescription processing. Process prescriptions ; Including translation of SIG codes. Resolve Third Party rejections. Perform all register transactions, in adherence of CVS policy and procedures. Inventory management

Responsiblilities included: Performing general ultrasound (SEQUOIA), centering on abdominal, OB/GYN, small parts, pelvic (male), and vascular. Perform full scope of vascular procedures to test the veins and arteries and progression of diseases, preparing patients for examination, applying venous duplex examination of lower and upper extremities as well as carotid duplex examination along with PVR/ segmental pressures of the lower and upper extremities. Assist in preparation of exam reports for doctor review. Performing general ultrasound scans including Abdomen, OB/GYN, Small Parts, Vascular, Biopsy/Special Procedure Assistance. , operating equipments such as GE (Logic 9) and Philips iU22.Review patient history integrating diagnostic sonograms, laboratory results, patient history and medical records, and adapting sonographic examination as necessary, using cognitive sonographic skills to identify, record, and adapt procedures as appropriate to anatomical, pathological, diagnostic information and images, analyzing sonograms, synthesizing sonographic information and medical history, and communicating findings to the appropriate healthcare professional and assisting the radiologist in performing special procedures such as abscess drainage, soft tissue and thyroid biopsies, thoracentesis and paracentesis. Schedule outpatient procedures. Check inpatients and outpatients in the computer. Assist patients when needed. File and pull film jackets for doctors. Process films to be copied.
