As an Implementation Project Manager I am responsible for leading and managing the implementation process for alternative delivery. I partner with sales, recruiting, and support personnel to determine and create the appropriate infrastructure for each program within Aerotek's North Region.By creating specific project plans for each engagement, I manage and execute the implementation process through all phases of implementation life cycle (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitor and Control, Close)

As an Implementation Specialist, I am responsible for executing Aerotek’s staffing services at customer sites across the U.S. and Canada, focusing on change management, operations set-up and talent acquisition. I also help develop recruitment strategies that are specific to each customer and are designed to manage high volume requests for contract employees.
