Profile bio

About Alexandra Clare

With over two decades of global experience spanning public, private, and non-profit sectors across 15 countries, I've dedicated myself to driving social innovation and impact. I am the co-founder of Re:Coded, a social venture reshaping the future of work by providing underserved talent the opportunity to reskill and upskill and access new economic opportunities by leveraging AI. I love building things - strategies, product and programs from scratch - and ask the hard questions that make impact possible. Ambiguity, adaptability, autonomy and self-direction are where I thrive. I am also a big believer in building systems for change through partnerships and have worked with industry giants from Google and Salesforce to the US State Department to direct $20M+ in resources and services to underserved populations globally. Champion of: refugee, migration and women + leveraging AI as a means to accelerate impact in the world + values-driven leadership, purpose and transparency.
