Greet residents and visitors, prepare correspondence, maintain business office files and marketing materials, and assist with mail distribution are part of my responsibility. As well as, answering the phone and responding to emails of residents or family members. I also provide information to the residents in regards of the daily activities future trips and events.

Some of responsibilities include: answering phone inquiries about events, taking inbound calls and convert inquiries to sales, make outbound calls to provided qualified leads lists and convert to sales, booking all types of reservations in the system, handling event paperwork,making sure that all groups and parties are out at their scheduled booking time. As well as greeting guest,maintaining a high standard of customer service, providing information about Sky Zone to guests, completing sales transactions,entering data into computer system, various filing duties and stocking front desk supplies. As a lead team member I also oversee the closing cleaning and the routine cleaning of the park while we are open and manage any guest complaints.
