Responsable du service de traduction en langue française.• Traduction de documentations techniques :Instructions de montage, guides d’installation, manuels d'utilisation, bases de données, manuels de formation, manuels de programmation• Traduction de documentations marketing et commerciales :Catalogues, tarifs, informations technico-commerciales, magazine bi-annuel, présentations Power Point, affiches/brochures/flyers publicitaires, supports de communication pour les salon, etc.• Traduction des contenus de communication de l’entreprise :Courriers, informations sur les produits, conditions générales de vente, conditions d’utilisation, etc.• Transcription, traduction et adaptation de vidéos, avec et sans voix-offLocalisation des sites internet et des logiciels des différents produits (commandes numériques, visualisations de cotes, StateMonitor, système caméra)• Traduction et adaptation de modules de e-learning en programmation CN et de toute la documentation associée• Création, définition et homogénéisation de la terminologie • Contrôle-qualité des mémoires de traduction• Recrutement, évaluation et suivi des prestataires (traduction et voix-off)• LSO et gestion documentaire en coordination avec le siège (mises à jour, impressions, délais avant événements, etc.)• Rédaction des newsletters, communiqués de presse et posts LinkedIn en collaboration avec le service marketing et communication

As part of the French team of engineers working on the FA3 project in Paris, La Défense :• Translation (English/French), proofreading, update and follow-up of the engineering documentation related to the I&C of FA3 for the client (EDF) and the French Nuclear Safety Authority (ASN) : Safety Analysis Report, system descriptions, test programs, qualification notes, etc. of the engineering documentation, operating and maintenance manuals, etc. • Sight translation (for ex.: correspondence, PPT presentations...),• Reception, handling and delivery of translation orders, • Revision in cooperation with both the German and French teams of engineers,• Terminological researches,• Management of workflows.
