Ali is currently employed at Accenture as a Management Consultant out of St. Louis, MO. She is apart of the Talent and Organization group. She works with senior leadership and global teams with a focus on Transformational Change and Future Workforce Talent & Effectiveness. Her experience includes a deep understanding of change management relating to current state/future state organization assessment, operating model development, organizational effectiveness and analytics, IT integration, leadership and culture development, communications, stakeholder management, HR knowledge, process implementation, and agile methodology knowledge for large- scale ERP system implementations, global organizational, & people transformations. Before starting Accenture, Ali previously worked at Apple Inc, Nucor Corporation, and GE Aviation. She graduated from Missouri University of Science and Technology with a B.S in Ceramic Engineering.
