Planning the recruitment and selection process according to clients needs and established dead-lines;Establishing the recruitment methods (advertising, active search, head-hunting, networking);Managing entry and middle level recruitment projects;Conducting competency based interviews;Being responsible with the psychological testing of the candidates;Preparing short-lists and reports and presenting them to the company's head-office in Bucharest;Maintaining the relationship with the candidates;Permanently updating the database.
