Maximise and drive commercial opportunities according the brand guidelines;• Support my team to enhance the customer satisfaction and working experience in store through coaching;• Organise and plan workload according to business needs. Ensure safety, security and administration procedures are followed.

• Providing and securing direct and indirect customer service on sales area, fitting room and shop floor, with the purpose to maximize sales;• Employee recruitment, training and development.• Dealing with all monetary aspects of the store takings according to the company policy, planning the staff according to store needs and allocated budget;• Preventing theft and reducing losses, ensuring the safety of both, employees and customers;• Preparing the monthly, weekly and daily plan of employees, planning the delivery process, planning campaigns.

• Ensure excellent customer service on the floor, fitting room and cash desk;• Supply, processing new stock and getting it on the shop floor;• Make sure that sales and service area are clean and well-maintained;• Be aware of news about campaigns and sales activities;• Follow administrative and security procedures;• Be an important part of the team, help integrate new colleagues and support their training.
