Wellington Plastic Surgery Institute as their Medical Receptionist. November 2015 until Present. Responsibilities include patient appointments and referrals, handling confidential information, preparing clinics and rescheduling, stock orders, monthly hazard checks, phone and email enquiries, banking, data entry, insurance claims and any other tasks that may help the clinical directors, surgeons and the team.

Medical Receptionist for Wellington Blood and Cancer outpatients at Wellington Hospital. March 2015- November 2015. Responsibilities included making appointments, phone and email enquiries from patients and Doctors and organising transport for patients.

Centre Supervisor for All Star Tennis (London, United Kingdom), April 2013 to November 2014. Responsibilities included staff training, customer enquiries and relations, all stock orders and control, online and phone booking service, cashing up and banking. I was also a big part of organising events and programs with and on behalf of the directors. I also had the large role of the Wimbledon Administrator for our venues which involved a lot of planning and coordinating with the London Tennis Association.
