With a team of exceptionally talented individuals, I strategise and execute policies and programs to meet the goals of KPMG Canada's Environment and Social Impact Strategy. With a focus on the Sustainable Development Goals of Climate Action, Good Health and Well Being, Quality Education, and Reduced Inequalities, I work closely with national and regional leadership to bring our strategy to life. I lead the national initiatives to reduce our carbon footprint and waste, working with internal and external stakeholders across Canada to collect and analyse our impact on the environment. In my role, I also liaise with a number of global counterparts to share learnings and contribute to our global goals.Along with strategy, I have centralized all community volunteering initiatives for a firm of 7000+ people and refined pre-existing programs to support our employees, increasing their access to skills-based volunteering and create large-scale social impact in our communities.Every day I work towards increasing the our Environmental and Social Impact and generating passionate engagement across the firm.

Develops and maintains relationships with Social Service Agencies and Building Managers to implement energy saving programs across Ontario. Implements internal and external marketing and communications strategies; reaching 150 employees internally and 15-20 new agencies and building managers per month.

Work with restaurant owners and managers to determine clients eligibility for energy saving upgrades in their refrigeration. Assess individual units to determine the number of incentives that can be applied.

Creates and implements specific goals for each individual while managing a class of up to 15 youth (aged 6-18). Builds 9 week programming to meet the needs and expectations of both the primary and secondary clients. Works to improve own performance in both ski technique and teaching technique with an aim to achieve CSIA 3 certification.

Worked with eight micro-businesses to create sustainability plans to meet both economic and environmental goals. Assisted in developing and winning a grant proposal for $150,000.

Creates and analysis reports to find efficiencies in energy programming.

CleanFARMS is a stewardship organization focused on environmental responsibility in the agriculture sector. I assisted with data management, prepared presentations and provided administrative assistance.

I tested program software, developed training material and organized over 15 training sessions for 150+ individuals in preparation for the program software changes.
