During this position I worked closely with the members to make sure they had everything they needed for their round of golf. I helped keep inventory in the shop and made sure members paid their end of the month bill. I made sure that the members clubs and carts were perfectly clean after they were returned from their rounds.

During this position I was tasked with making sure all the members were taken care of at all times. Whether this be cleaning their clubs, washing their carts, taking their clubs in and out of club storage, and answering the pro shop phone. During this experience I learned valuable customer service skills that I will integrate into my future work.
