Collaborated with Stephan Prutsman, founder of the Azure Family Concerts, to launch and facilitate SCMS's first sensory friendly family concert for children with Autism and their caregivers held at the Center for Chamber Music during 2023 Winter Festival.Researched, designed, and implemented new Pay-What-You-Can need-based ticketing system, offering over 60 tickets to community members who face financial barriers to attending at 2023 Winter Festival. Secured $30,000 in funding for The Concert Truck through a philanthropic request to a private donor and through grant writing support.Executed evaluation plan for Community Programs through survey collection at all community events. Analyzed and reported on data from over 400 surveys to the Board of Directors.

Supported 50 youth and adult volunteer "mentorship matches" through relationship development, conflict resolution, and coaching through in-person and virtual monthly check ins.Facilitated 10 activity events to support mentor/mentee relationship development at various locations in Denver including art studios, equestrian centers, and sports events.Provided case management for 15 families experiencing food and housing insecurity by referring them to local social service providers.

Secured $6,000 in grants to support the creation of Living on Loss of Privileges: What We Learned in Prison, a series of 12 videos highlighting life lessons of formerly incarcerated adults in Michigan, and managed the grant reporting processAssisted with digitally archiving over 100 works of art created by incarcerated individuals in Michigan Prisons to contribute to public online database.
