My passion is to lead change that starts with us. I am a specialist in disability inclusive development and have designed and conducted many multi-year applied social research projects with disabled people's organisations for INGOs, UN and government agencies in the areas of livelihoods and employment, disaster risk reduction and access to sexual and reproductive health and rights. I have excellent facilitation skills and love working in multi-stakeholder teams. In my current role at World Vision Australia I am leading organisational change to make disability inclusion intentional and deliberate so that people with disabilities, particularly women and girls are able to participate in and benefit from development programs just like anyone else. I facilitate organisational change to deliver values-based leadership and to transform practices, systems and cultures to maximise impacts on the ground. I am the current Chair of the Australia Disability and Development Consortium.
