Participating in development of banking loyalty program. With my help accrual of bonuses decreased from several days to 30 minutes. As last project we have launched new loyalty program which can handle ~1000 rps and was written from zero, like absolutely brand new with new architecture and microservices. Also took part in designing this whole system.

I was part of a team which developed automatic workspace for client support department. The team's goal was to replace legacy system by writing new web-app. System helped operators to decrease time of answer to clients from 16 hours to 5 minutes.
