A first-year veterinary student at Long Island University with eight years of hands-on experience in veterinary medicine. I am deeply committed to animal health and welfare. My journey began in various foundational roles—from kennel worker and pet store clerk to barn hand and veterinary assistant— I developed a strong understanding of animal care, handling, and the daily operations of veterinary clinics and animal shelters. I received my Bachelor's in Animal Science from Delaware Valley University, where I made the Dean's list. I also gained valuable leadership experience through roles as the Vice President and Historian of the American Association of Zookeepers Club, as well as being a Peer mentor on campus. I started my veterinary education at a young age as I also attended the Morris County Vocational high School, Veterinary Science Academy. As I progress through veterinary school, I am excited to apply my experience and passion for animals to deepen my clinical expertise, to work in exotic and small animal veterinary medicine.
