As a member of Deal Management, I act as a partner for Oracle Sales Force, in a multicultural environment, by creating high quality contract documentation, in a timely manner, necessary for closing the deals between Oracle and its customers.Responsibilities:-Draft and negotiate standard and non-standard contracts;-Provide advice and guidance to the Sales Leaders on high complexity/value transactions and opportunities (documentation and negotiations);-Assist Sales department with contract interpretation, agreements including extensions, new business, invoicing, credit holds, receivable issues and consolidations;-Validate all aspects of contract packages for accuracy and compliance with Oracle's Business Practices & Consulting/ACS Business Approvals while maintaining customer satisfaction and responsiveness;-Anticipate problems and initiate actions to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently;-Prepare contract status reports;-Understanding and applying current business practices, pricing policies, revenue recognition policies, migration policies, risk management, credit and current sales compensation guidelines;-Understanding and keeping up to date with the systems & applications used by Oracle;-Interaction with several Oracle departments to provide the highest level of support to sales and help protect Oracle’s interests;

Responsibilities:- Assuring the check and balance function for all order-/ revenue- / and business relevant issues aswell as the compliance with relevant HP policies.- Maintaining an enhance customer satisfaction through proactive communication and handling a highlevel of data quality.- Performing contract changes/ maintenance/ setup/ processing within agreed SLAs.- Keeping the systems up-to-date from a contract administration stand point, customer entitlement and invoicing.- Responsible for the quality measure of the data in the systems - which is being checked by error reporting, feedback of the Front office Administration team and feedback from the customers.Furthermore deadlines for every specific task have to be respected.- Ensuring that processes are optimized and that knowledge is transferred to all involved parties at the interfaces to other functions.- Assuring correct handling of support contracts within the HP systems, such as SAP.- Assuring interface between support sales, support business, delivery organizations, processdevelopment and the customer.- Handling successfully major Iberia accounts, delivering a high customer satisfaction and a greatcollaboration with the Front Office team.- I temporarily covered successfully Team Lead's attributions within high impact time frames such as Fiscal Year closure and the company's split effective November 1st 2015.
